DYNO: Final inspection

Checking for air, working circuits, damping and leaks.

Shocks get a final high pressure inspection for leaks, proper bleed, damping (compression, rebound and pedal assist).. This allows us to put the shock under load while having pressure and check that it meets the high standards required for the abuse it see’s

GRIP 2: Dirty oil

Sealed dampers do get dirty inside.

Sealed dampers like grip, Charger, Ohlints ttx all get dirty inside and have deteriorated performance as well as oil goes bad. Seals, wipers etc all break down causing the fork to have a muddy feel and not be smooth and responsive like its supposed too.

BURNISHING FORK BUSHING: Resizes and aligns path

Bushings come from the factory tight

It’s not uncommon to hear break in period or wear for a fork till its smooth, its tight bushings and is a common issue. We take the bushings and resize them to factory specs: BETTER SMALL BUMP SENSITIVITY AND PREDICTABILITY, SMOOTHER. This helps eliminate mechanical bind and damping interference especially in corners and berms,
